I heard on the radio a day or two ago that some guy is getting like 400,000 hits a day with his “Daily Rants” online. One day he may speak about his hair, taxes the next, followed by his favorite movie.
Your voice came through loud and clear.
We, Greens, and bloggers in particular since we are outside the “Official” Green circles when we do this, should find as many ways as possible to spread our message. A voice post seems like a great step that direction. Thanks Dee. Of course, the actual news was great too! Diving Strake, now this! Maybe soon we will get rid of plutonium fuel as well.
In the meantime, I have posted an idea at http://www.GreenCommons.org and http://www.chlorophyll.us to start a “Blog Swarm” as you did for the Divine Strake situtation. Here’s why.
The national party has been offered some matching funds. The agreement is that if we raise $7000 from the grassroots of the Green Party, the donor will match that with $3500 of his/her own. That means essentially that we would get a $10,500 infusion of cash, which we *really* could use at the national level.
What do you say Dee? Others? Would you join a Blog Swarm to raise this small amount of cash over a couple of days of blogging on the topic?
