The Perspective on Utah

There are several ways people can find out about the Green Party of Utah “saga” over the past year and a half. They offer different perspectives on the situation:

Green Party of Utah FAQ page – offers facts about the conditions leading up to the 2004 split.

My Green Party of Utah Background Posts by Jen’s Green Journal, a former GPUT member who dropped out when the split occured, offers her perspective on the history of the split.

Ken Sain, whose blog is closing on Saturday, also had several posts on the Utah situation. I will be asking him for his archives of those posts and will add the link to this post when I do.

If there are any other “factual” perspectives out there of which I am unaware, please let me know so I can link to them.

While I encourage discussion from all view points on this blog, I would prefer this particular post to be free of debate and be devoted to linked information only.

Editorial Comment:
I also have had several posts on my blog about Utah, but I am not linking them here. One can search my blog archives for past posts on Utah, or can link on the tags to the left. I sometimes as seen as the “evil” person(my words and my perspective of how folks have treated me since the split) in the saga and have, sadly, even lost, distanced, and alienated friends and peers because they disagreed with the way I stood up for my prinicples and that of the green party (causing much emotion on my part, but that’s another story….) so I am choosing to only post links to those who have offered perspectives other than mine – to show that I’m not all that bad.
